The Position
职位描述：
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Engineer will be in charge of procurement related to project execution and maintenance services.
采购工程师向采购经理汇报，负责与项目执行和维护服务相关的采购。
His/ her main responsibilities will comprise the following:
主要职能包括：
§ Send RFQ to suppliers and subcontractors
§ Discuss with selected suppliers to clarify basic technical things
§ Prepare TOC (Table of comparison) of commercial and technical parts based on quotations from suppliers and subcontractors according to defined procurement plan tailored to each individual project
§ Prepare orders for M&E equipments based on procurement manager’ instructions, with adequate commercial and shipping terms
§ Follow up a delivery schedule for project M&E supplies and monitor progress to guarantee timely delivery
§ Assist procurement managers in follow-up of payments to suppliers
l 向供应商和分包商发送询价邀请函
l 与挑选的供应商商讨以澄清基本的技术问题
l 根据每个项目设定的采购计划以及供应商和分包商的报价，准备商务和技术部分的比对表。
l 根据采购经理的指示，为机电设备准备带有适当商务和装运条款的订单。
l 跟踪每个项目中机电设备供应商的交货时间表监督进度以确保及时交货。
l 辅助采购经理进行供应商付款的跟踪。
Candidate Profile
应聘资格：
The candidate must have a college degree, and 3 years experience in a similar position, i.e. managing the procurement of an engineering or construction company.
应聘者必须具有本科学历，3年相关职位经验，如负责工程或建筑公司的采购。
He/she should also demonstrate the following qualifications:

§ High sense of integrity
§ Result-oriented, and high sense of initiative

§ Good written and spoken English
